Dougie Ditchfield and his son Liam fished a recent session on the A1 pits. The pits were fishing pretty hard with not a lot of action going on from the lakes, but Liam did manage to tempt this cool 22lb mirror out.
He set up a Black Liquizig with our floating Hooklink and a size 8 Ultipoint widegape hook, the zig was filled with Liquisquid dedicated zig liquid along with matching Liqui-Paste and was presented just under the surface down his left-hand margin.
Nice fish Liam, great angling.
