Part B – Terms & Conditions of Supply
Contract Formation
A contract is formed when we accept your order. We will confirm orders via email. If we cannot accept an order, we will inform you and not charge for the product.
Product Descriptions and Payment
Product images are illustrative. Prices include VAT. Payments are processed via Stripe and PayPal.
Delivery
Delivery costs and times are provided on our Delivery Information page. We aim to follow delivery instructions but are not liable for delays outside our control.
Import Duties, Local Taxes, and EU Shipping Information
LiquirigS is registered with the IOSS (Import One Stop Shop), facilitating the shipment of goods across the EU. For orders with a value under 150 €, local VAT will be charged at the time of checkout, ensuring no additional tax or import duty upon delivery. We provide live DHL shipping rates on our website to ensure a clear and transparent transaction process.
For orders exceeding the 150 € threshold, VAT will be removed at checkout, and goods will be exported tax-free. Local VAT and duties will be assessed and charged by your local customs office upon delivery.
No UK VAT Charged
When sending orders overseas, LiquirigS does not charge any UK Value Added Tax (VAT) on the order.
Customer Responsibility
It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any applicable import duties, taxes, or fees that may be imposed by the local authorities in their respective countries. LiquirigS is not liable for any import duties, taxes, or fees that are charged by local authorities. These charges are beyond our control and are determined by the country of import.
