Andy Radford recently did a 48-hour session on Norton Disneys Hodgetts Lake.
Andy says “It was a hot day and not much was happening on the bottom baits so I thought I’d give a zig a try, I’m not very confident with zigs but love the principle of the LiquiZigs.”
When Andy cast out a 12ft Yellow LiquiZig filled with Zanana Liquid the action soon turned from dire to unbelievable.
In total Andy ended up catching 15 fish, all around mid-doubles. His two rods fished on the bottom stayed static throughout session with every fish falling to the LiquiZig.
Andy also says “Norton has got a no spodding over Zig Rigs rule, so im sure using a LiquiZig with the Dedicated Zig Liquid really helped, one of the runs came within five minutes of casting out! I’m well impressed I’ve never been a confident zig angler, but after my first catch I always put a zig out now with a LiquiZig.
